Returns Policy

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for any damage or issues reported after delivery is completed. Returns are not accepted for change-of-mind purchases.

Returns are only considered if there is a valid issue, subject to our review. We reserve the right to approve or deny any return request at our sole discretion.

Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, contact us via WhatsApp at 0335-3503502 or email support@digicards.pk.

Refunds

Refunds are processed either as store credit or to the original payment method.

For custom orders, please contact us before making any transaction. If we’re unable to deliver a product, refunds will be issued within 3 to 5 business days.

Note: All transaction charges (including return transfers) will be beared by the customer. Delivery times mentioned on product pages are estimates only.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, update our policy without notice, or take legal action if necessary.

Digital Products

Once delivered, digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable. No claims will be accepted after digital delivery is completed. Legal action may be taken if customers attempt to force a return or refund for digital items.

Delivery & Shipping

We deliver across Pakistan and globally, via Email, Messenger, or WhatsApp.

Most items are in stock and delivered within 1 to 24 hours, depending on availability.

Prices and stock are subject to change without notice. Order details and timelines will be confirmed during our confirmation call.

If paying in advance, please confirm with us before making any payment. In case of non-delivery, a full refund will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, with all transaction fees covered by the customer.
